What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Northern Human Services?
The Berlin Community Community Center is accepting applications for a 35 hour/week Administrative Assistant/Medical Records position. Candidate must be highly organized, self-directed, able to multi-task and respectful of confidentiality. Duties include handling telephone switchboard, greeting consumers/visitors, computer data-entry, filing, cross-training with support staff and other administrative duties as needed. It is essential that this person can work effectively in a team environment and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency required in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Able to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work under the conditions of frequent interruption. Great benefits and work schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
