Position Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas in a
limited-service hotel environment. This role supports guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms are clean, comfortable, and maintained to hotel brand standards and company policies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds and replenishing amenities.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and remove trash from guest rooms and assigned areas.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance issues and report concerns promptly.
- Restock linens, towels, and guest supplies as needed.
- Follow all cleaning procedures, safety standards, and chemical handling guidelines.
- Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping services.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as needed.
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within established time standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred; hotel experience a plus.

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs.
