Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced bartenders to join our team. As a bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, crafting exceptional beverages and providing outstanding service to our guests. Your role is pivotal in creating memorable experiences that keep patrons returning.?
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.

Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Process beverage and food orders accurately using our POS system (Micros experience preferred).

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.

Stay informed about our beer offerings and menu items to make informed recommendations to guests.?Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting.

Proficiency in cocktail preparation and knowledge of beer and wine.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Current TAPs certification and Alaska Food Handlers card required.
