REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support or obtained within three months of hire
If driving is required, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record as required by hospital liability carrier
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
CNA certification
Phlebotomy training or certification
One year’s experience in medical assistant field or equivalent healthcare experience
Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of North Carolina
Current CPR certification or obtained within 3 months of employment
Experience in work area
One year experience Medical/ Pediatric Nursing or equivalent
One year experience in Physician’s office which includes laboratory procedures
Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines and regulations related to a Physician’s Office Practice.
