Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Our service area includes multiple counties that include Manistee, Mason, Oceana, Lake, Newaygo, Osceola, and Mecosta.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides individual and family counseling, and crisis intervention
Evaluates coping skills in crisis situations
Fosters communication between patient and families
Assists patient and family in acquiring additional community resources, including Medicaid; serves as liaison with social service agencies as necessary
Participates in program and policy development of social work component
Documents patient changes appropriately
Position Requirements:
-Licensed from an accredited School of Social Work
2 years' experience in a health-related area
LMSW, valid driver's license and vehicle, CPR certification
Ability to travel within the service area
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $35 - $45 / hour
