Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload items using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pack, organize, and secure goods for transportation to prevent damage during transit
- Load and unload cargo efficiently while practicing safe lifting practices for heavy or bulky items
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by communicating clearly and professionally with clients
Skills
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently
- Experience in moving services or courier roles demonstrating physical stamina and organizational skills
- Ability to operate mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, or communication purposes
