Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Range: up to $60/hr w/ a $7500 Sign-on Bonus

What You’ll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop personalized physical therapy treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered interventions
Track progress, update goals, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Ensure services meet Revital’s high standards for quality, documentation, and ethical care
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient advocacy mindset
