Location: Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab – Millersburg, PA

Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Manager to join our skilled nursing facility in Millersburg, PA. In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of the dietary department to ensure residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals tailored to their individual care plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dietary department to ensure efficient, high-quality, and compliant food service.

• Manage food service staff, including scheduling, hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.

• Prepare meals according to planned menus, standardized recipes, and special dietary orders.

• Ensure all food substitutions are properly authorized and documented.

• Review residents’ care plans to ensure individualized dietary needs are consistently met.

• Provide nutrition counseling in collaboration with a registered dietitian.

• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to support resident satisfaction and positive health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary experience in a long-term care (LTC) or healthcare setting required.

• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

• CDM certification preferred.

• ServSafe certification required, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
