- 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Release Coordinator to join our team for the day shift. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate release of shipments, supporting customs processes, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the timely release of shipments during overnight operations
- Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and customs agents to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Input and verify data in internal systems
- Communicate any delays or issues to relevant team members or clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of release activities
- Support the team with any additional tasks as needed during the shift
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customs, logistics, or transportation is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with customs documentation and procedures is a plus
- CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) or LCB (Licensed Customs Broker) certification is a strong asset
