Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Originator. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans by building relationships with potential borrowers and guiding them through the loan process. Key tasks include assessing creditworthiness, preparing and submitting loan applications, analyzing financial information, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Delivering exceptional customer service and supporting borrowers in achieving their homeownership goals will be pivotal in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Loan Origination and experience in Mortgage Lending processes
- Strong skills in Underwriting and assessing borrowers' financial eligibility
- Experience with Loans and knowledge of the finance industry
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of state and federal mortgage regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
