Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including health promotion,
  
  

disease prevention, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.

• Document patient care in a problem-oriented medical record.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests in alignment with clinic
  
  

protocols.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including mid-level
  
  

practitioners.

• Participate in a rotating schedule for after-hours on-call coverage.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of community health
  
  

education initiatives.

• Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to mid-level
  
  

practitioners.
