What You'll Do
- Manage order entry and follow up with customers to resolve issues and answer inquiries
- Prepare the necessary documentation to provide production teams with accurate customer orders
- Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain an orderly filing system and organized records for all customers
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Northern Contours systems, products, and processes
- Handle correspondence, reports, and shipment follow-through with professionalism and care
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while providing problem resolution and analysis
- Act as a backup to invoicing
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Natural problem-solving instincts
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Commitment to company values and customer satisfaction
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
- Requires sitting for long periods of time.
- At times requires wearing common protective or safety equipment.
- At times includes exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting.

- Hourly/non-exempt starting at $17.50-22.00 per hour. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
