Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support a licensed outpatient mental health counseling program
• Provide reflective clinical supervision to associate clinicians and MSW student interns
• Support staff with treatment planning, clinical decision-making, and documentation
• Assign and review caseloads to ensure appropriate care and continuity for clients
• Monitor service delivery, utilization, and productivity (with administrative support)
• Review clinical documentation to maintain audit-ready records
• Ensure compliance with County and State behavioral health requirements
• Collaborate with leadership on program planning, data tracking, and quality improvement
• Align services with grant goals, contract deliverables, and reporting needs
Qualifications
Education
- MSW or closely related behavioral health field and equivalent experience
Language Requirement
- Bilingual in Spanish
