Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Sales Representative role located in Minot, ND. Responsibilities include managing and growing client accounts, planning and executing sales strategies, identifying opportunities to expand product placement, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Account Sales Representative will collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction, meet sales targets, and drive customer success by providing tailored beverage solutions. The position also requires monitoring industry trends to remain competitive in the market.


Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship skills, including account management and client engagement
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple accounts and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and identifying growth opportunities
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively and propose suitable solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an on-site environment
  • Familiarity with the food and beverage industry or experience in a sales role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
