Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Clinical Supervisor to lead our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of behavioral therapy practices. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards, and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and clients.

Duties

• Supervise and mentor clinical staff in the delivery of patient care, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral therapy.
• Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client progress, utilizing research data collection methods.
• Provide training and support to staff on effective strategies for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.
• Ensure that all clinical activities are aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a reduced caseload as needed TBD during contracting

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a clinical or healthcare setting, particularly focused on children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and experience managing medical records.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis techniques and behavioral therapy methodologies.
• Experience conducting research data collection related to patient care outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all interactions.

Pay: $60, $75,000.00 per year
