Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Application Security, Software Engineering, or related areas
- Strong hands-on experience with AI Security and secure adoption of AI capabilities
- Experience with AI/LLM integration and AI-driven engineering solutions
- Strong experience with developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude
- Strong systems engineering and application security expertise
- Experience driving AI vulnerability management and remediation initiatives
- Experience with Java modernization and application/platform modernization
- Strong experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps
- Experience with Cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation
- Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and platform reliability
- Ability to architect, build, and implement solutions that improve engineering efficiency and software delivery
- Experience serving as a technical leader across security, engineering, and platform modernization initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills
