RN FULL-TIME, FLEX (4 DAYS A WEEK), AND PRN POSITIONS AVAILABLE
**SIGN-ON BONUS OF $10,000 FOR FULL-TIME AND $7,600 FOR FLEX POSITIONS**
Landmark Home Health is a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering high-quality home health services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. We are hiring Registered Nurses in the Squirrel Hill, Edgewood, Homestead, South Side, and surrounding areas. As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) at Landmark Home Health, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to patients in their homes. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and providing skilled nursing care to help patients achieve their optimal well-being. Strong clinical skills, computer skills, and of course Home Health Care experience is not required but a PLUS
We support the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). The PSLF program helps individuals in public service roles alleviate the burden of student loans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initial evaluation and assessment of patient needs.
- Establishes a nursing care plan, implements this plan, and evaluates patients' progress.
- Sets goals with the patient, patient's family, and physician.
- Maintains a safe environment for patients.
- At regular intervals, reports the patient condition to physician.
- Completes verbal orders and maintains an up-to-date medical record.
- Provides services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.
- Communicates, on a regular basis, with other disciplines involved in the care of the patient.
- Promotes optimum health levels for patients.
- Attends regularly scheduled staff meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Pennsylvania Nursing License is required
- Must have one (1) year of current nursing experience
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance coverage is required
