As an ACCESS Driver, you’ll do more than just drive- you’ll provide independence, connection, and joy to those who need it most. Whether it’s a trip to the grocery store, a medical appointment, or a social outing, your role will be life-changing for the people you serve.
Competitive Pay:
Lift Van Drivers:
- $19/hr (Day)
- $21/hr (Shifts starting after 1 PM)
- $24/hr (Weekend)
Sedan Drivers:
- $16/hr (Day)
- $18 /hr (Shifts starting after 1 PM)
- $20/hr (Weekend)
Sign-On Bonuses:
- $4.000 for Full-Time Drivers
- $2,000 for Part-Time Drivers
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 25 or older
- Valid PA Driver’s License (no suspensions in the last 5 years).
- At least 5 years of personal driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (company-paid).
- *Please note that all drivers who are hired must complete a full-time four-week training program at our office.
- Must be able to lift/shift/or move up to 150 lbs.
- Lift Van applicants must pass a DOT physical.
- Service area: Northern Allegheny County & Pittsburgh.
- No CDL Required- Get started without additional licensing hurdles.
- Have your own reliable transportation (there is no bus line where we are located).
