Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Anchorage, Alaska, with possible flexibility to work from home. The Workers' Compensation Specialist will handle the end-to-end management of workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. Responsibilities include evaluating claim information, managing insurance liaising, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Claims Handling, Claims Management, and Insurance processes
- Experience or knowledge in Employee Benefits and related services

- Familiarity with Alaska workers' compensation laws and regulations
