What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Assembler position at Northeimer Inc?
We are growing and looking to hire more Production Assemblers! This is a day shift position from 7:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday. If you enjoy and excel at building things per instructions, this job may be a great fit for you!
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
- Prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Meet the efficiency standards established assigned responsibilities
- Understand follow and support the company's quality system
- Meet the related quality standards
- Understand and comply with safety requirements and instructions
- Must be able to lift up to 15lb
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical manufacturing, cable & wiring assembly, or other related fields, preferred
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
