Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Boston, MA with the option for some remote work. The Integration Lead will oversee, plan, and execute complex integration projects to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between software systems. Responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, developing and troubleshooting integration solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The Integration Lead will also create documentation and provide support for deployed systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Integration and Troubleshooting to design and resolve software system connectivity and performance issues.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess system requirements and develop effective integration strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in Software Development and a solid technical understanding of programming languages and frameworks relevant to integration.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level integration platforms and tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid work environment and manage time efficiently.
