Part-Time Dentist – Susanville | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Position Summary 

Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our dental team in Susanville, California. 

The Dentist will provide general dental care to children and adults, including exams, treatment planning, preventive and restorative care, and extractions. 

This position offers flexible days and hours. 

Compensation and Benefits 

• Compensation of $160,000-$214,415 

• $10,000 sign-on bonus, depending on eligibility 

• Paid continuing education time and allowance, depending on eligibility 

• Benefits may be available based on the employee’s regularly scheduled hours 

• Professional liability coverage 

About NRHC 

NRHC is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center that has served Lassen County and the surrounding area for nearly 50 years. We are the largest provider of outpatient healthcare services in Lassen County, with clinics in Susanville and Westwood.

Qualifications 

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school 

• Current California dental license, or the ability to obtain one 

• Current DEA registration, or the ability to obtain one 

• Current BLS certification, or the ability to obtain it 

• Ability to meet NRHC credentialing and privileging requirements 

• Ability to provide general dental care to children and adults 

• Commitment to providing quality care to rural and underserved patients
