- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs, including specialized diets for dementia or Alzheimer's care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and infection control procedures
- Support residents’ emotional well-being by engaging in social activities, providing companionship, and respecting individual preferences
- Document care activities meticulously in compliance with healthcare standards and assist with care plan updates as needed
Qualifications
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks involving mobility assistance
