Head Swim Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB

An employee in this position will be a personal example of high moral character and superior teaching standards. The Head Swim Coach will teach good sportsmanship as the number one priority on the athletic field. This Coach will work with the faculty and staff to support player academic and moral success.

QUALIFICATIONS

NC State Teachers Salary Schedule                                                     Local Athletic Supplement

(Based on degree and experience)              AND/OR                            Head Swim Coach 

Plus Local Teacher Supplement                                                           $739.20 - $1593.90 per season

                                                               (Based on exp. as a swim coach)

SALARY INFORMATION

• Must be licensed or be eligible to receive a NC Teaching License with experience as a swim coach or extensive knowledge in this area.

OR

• Must have experience as a swim coach or extensive knowledge in this area to be eligible to serve as a non-faculty coach.
