- Conduct triage assessments and perform mother-baby care.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to any complications.
- Collaborate with LPNs to ensure quality patient care.
- Assist with gynecological surgery patients as needed.
- Support in the Newborn Nursery and Couplet Care.
- Perform tasks such as taking vitals and administering medications if floated to Med/Surg. **Compliance / Notes**
- Facility can cancel 1 shift every other week.
- Nurses may work with an LPN during shifts.
