Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients, including triage and mother-baby care.
- Conduct fetal heart monitoring and assist in childbirth.
- Manage Gynecology surgery patients and provide couplet care.
- Potentially float to Med/Surg units and assist with vitals and medication administration.
- Collaborate with LPNs, ensuring initial assessments and documentation accuracy.
- Request assistance from the Transfer Coordinator in emergency situations as needed.
- Current RN license in Oklahoma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
- Proficiency in Fetal Heart Monitoring is essential.
- Experience in labor and delivery, mother-baby care, and newborn nursery required.
