We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and support our daily financial operations.Position Overview: The Accountant will oversee both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The ideal candidate has strong experience working in QuickBooks and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)Process invoices, payments, and expense reportsPrepare and send customer invoices; monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accountsReconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and vendor/customer accountsMaintain accurate financial records in QuickBooksAssist with month-end and year-end closingGenerate financial reports as neededCommunicate with vendors, customers, and internal staff to resolve discrepanciesSupport the finance team with additional accounting tasks as required.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, including AP and ARProficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)Strong understanding of bookkeeping principlesExcellent accuracy, organization, and attention to detailStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office softwareAssociates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredSalary and pay to be discussed at the time of interview.
