Position Overview
Northeast Window Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential, ideal for individuals with a background in construction who are comfortable working directly with homeowners.
Training is available; however, prior construction experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess window, door, and exterior project needs
- Take accurate measurements and evaluate job conditions
- Climb ladders when necessary to inspect and measure
- Present product options and provide estimates
- Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with office and production teams to ensure project success
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction (windows, doors, siding, or related field required)
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Strong measuring and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and sales abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Availability for evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
