Essential Responsibilities
- Ability to read, interpret safety documents, schematics and other mechanical/electrical diagrams
- Experienced in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems of an engine and/or generator.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
- Must be able to communicate via telephone & email
- Strong customer service mindset and strong skills to drive, support,
- Empower and inspire the Service teams and Customers 5 years’ experience in a technical role
- Service on engines (ideally INNIO Jenbacher engines) Technical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen including basic IT skills
- Willingness to work in shift model and on call
- Experience working with electrical or mechanical systems
- Fluency in English a must
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills…experienced in customer communications
- Boundaryless and multi-culture working mindset and team player
- Able to work efficiently without direct supervision
- Multi-year working experience with Jenbacher gas engines in the field, operational & commissioning, all engine types.
- Jenbacher training certifications: FTB, FTA, CT1, CT2, MR
- Mechanical/electrical RCA research and analysis exposure
- Previous field experience a bonus
