Plumber

Northeast Valley Mechanical LLC is looking for a dependable, skilled Plumber to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with experience in residential and commercial plumbing who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with others, and can complete installations and service work professionally and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience with plumbing installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and finish work. Compensation will be based on experience, knowledge, and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plumbing layouts
• Install PVC drain, waste, and vent (DWV) piping
• Install domestic water piping using PEX and copper
• Install and repair gas piping
• Install plumbing fixtures and complete finish plumbing work
• Install tank and tankless water heaters
• Perform plumbing service, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate repairs
• Perform new construction, renovation, and replacement plumbing work
• Follow applicable plumbing codes and company installation standards
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Properly maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and other employees
• Work independently when necessary while also functioning as part of a team

Qualifications

• Previous professional plumbing experience preferred
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
• Experience with PVC, PEX, copper, and gas piping
• Ability to read blueprints and understand plumbing layouts
• Experience installing plumbing fixtures and water heaters
• Plumbing service and troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Ability to use common plumbing tools and equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with plumbing and construction work

Compensation

Pay is based on experience and capabilities.

We are interested in speaking with applicants at different experience levels. Compensation will reflect your plumbing knowledge, field experience, ability to work independently, and overall skill level.
