Northeast Valley Mechanical LLC is a growing residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC contractor serving Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are looking for an experienced Lead Plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well independently, and can lead plumbing installations from start to finish.

Responsibilities
As a Lead Plumber, you will be expected to:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Install PVC drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems
- Install domestic water distribution systems using PEX and copper
- Install and pressure test natural gas piping systems
- Complete plumbing finish work, including fixture installation
- Install both tank and tankless water heaters
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems
- Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Mentor and assist apprentices or helpers when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Experience reading blueprints and laying out plumbing systems
- Knowledge of current plumbing codes and best practices
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in crawl spaces, attics, and on ladders
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- $28–$35 per hour based on experience and capabilities
