Overnight Garage Valet Attendant
Northeast Valet is seeking reliable, responsible Overnight Garage Valet Attendants to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and can be trusted to manage the garage operation during overnight hours with limited supervision. While vehicle volume is generally lower overnight, the position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle resident requests and operational issues professionally.
Responsibilities
- Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles.
- Provide professional and friendly service to residents and guests during overnight hours.
- Work independently and manage the valet operation with limited supervision.
- Perform nightly garage audits, vehicle checks, and key inventories.
- Ensure vehicles, keys, and parking locations are accurately accounted for.
- Utilize Flash Parking Systems for vehicle tracking and valet operations. Experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Maintain an organized key system, valet area, and garage.
- Monitor the garage and report any safety, vehicle, equipment, or facility concerns.
- Communicate professionally with residents, property management, and Northeast Valet management when issues arise.
- Properly document incidents or unusual activity during the shift.
- Prepare the garage and vehicle organization for the incoming morning shift.
- Follow all company safety procedures and vehicle handling standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable and confident driving a wide range of vehicles, including luxury vehicles and larger SUVs.
- Previous valet, parking, overnight hospitality, security, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience with Flash Parking Systems or similar valet technology is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working alone for portions of the overnight shift.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to complete audits and routine responsibilities without constant supervision.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to communicate professionally with residents, clients, and management.
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic computer systems.
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
Schedule
- Overnight shifts: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Weekday and weekend overnight shifts available.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Candidates must be comfortable maintaining a consistent overnight schedule.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the shift.
