Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker to provide clinical social work services within our practice. The successful candidate will conduct mental health assessments, deliver counseling, and implement effective mental health interventions. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural competence, and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care. The LMSW will work both independently and collaboratively to support diverse client populations and ensure timely clinical documentation. The LMSW will receive clinical supervision to fulfill the supervised experience requirements for New York State LCSW licensure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual mental health counseling tailored to clients' unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds.
- Implement mental health interventions aimed at improving client well-being.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and practice policies.
- Work independently while collaborating with the practice team to ensure high-quality, ethical client-centered care.
Skills
- Current New York State license as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective client interaction and documentation.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
