Needed Skills
Solid, well-rounded carpentry knowledge
Able to work with an apprentice
Building science knowledge a plus, but an interest is a must.
Very friendly environment. Diversity of crew and experience valued. Highest quality tools, fully equipped shop (available for personal use after hours), interest and varied work.
Paid holidays, health insurance, vacation, sick/weather and lunchtimes (300 hrs/year). 4-day work week, M-Th.
Have not had a forced day off in over a decade. All work within 20 minutes of Portland.
