Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to lead our private early childhood education program across 2 locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to manage daily operations effectively. Duties
- Oversee daily classroom activities, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and quality standards.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
- Manage expenses and ensure the financial sustainability of the preschool.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, community partners, and stakeholders to promote the preschool’s mission and reputation.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies, health protocols, and licensing requirements.
- Ensure established curriculum is in alignment with early childhood education best practices.
- Lead staff, professional development management, and ongoing training sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in education administration within early childhood or preschool settings.
- Strong management skills with demonstrated leadership in team supervision and staff development.
- Expertise in strategic planning and budgeting to support program growth and sustainability.
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development or higher
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of licensing regulations, safety standards, and best practices in early childhood education.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with staff, parents, and community partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
