Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, located in Somerville, NJ. The responsibilities include assessing and treating individuals (both pediatric and adults) with speech, language, and communication disorders to facilitate improved communication skills. The schedule is currently Monday-Thursday (four 10 hour shifts).
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy, including diagnosing and treating speech-related challenges
- Expertise in managing Dysphagia and other swallowing disorders
- Strong understanding of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients and their families
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP), strong CFY may be considered, and a valid state licensure to practice in New Jersey
- Ability to develop tailored treatment plans and adapt to clients' individual needs
