Pay Rate

Days
Weekend shifts available for Saturday and Sunday currently with Part Time schedules.
This Is a Shift Supervisor Position
- Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years Security experience. Or at least one year of Security Supervisor experience
- Applicants are also required to complete drug screening and Criminal Background check.
- Supervise, train, and support assigned security officers to ensure consistent quality service.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all NES, client, and regulatory standards.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns, providing professional resolution and documentation.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs, post orders, and incident reports.
- Monitor and manage attendance, scheduling, and shift coverage.
- Conduct onboarding, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed in coordination with HR and Operations.
- Serve as the point of contact between site management, clients, and NES leadership.
- Ensure officers maintain professional appearance, conduct, and performance.
- Support recruiting and onboarding efforts for new officers as required.
- Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and accountability across all shifts.

Security Shift Supervisor Skills

- Answering phone calls
- Monitoring security Concierge personnel to ensure guest services are satisfactory

- 2-3 years of previous Security, or Security supervisor experience.

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
