Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients in a Med Surg unit.
- Assist in critical care when necessary, managing low acuity patients.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and practices.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care accurately in the EMR system (MedHost).
- Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience required.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS.
- Active RN license in the applicable state.
