Senior Technician Job Summary
We are looking for candidates to join our Technical Support Team. NEPPS installs, services and Inspects a wide variety of Low voltage Life Safety Systems, including Nurse Call, Access Control, CCTV and Video Surveillance. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience installing and programming enterprise level access control and CCTV systems or a technical background.
This role with have multiple roles ranging from project oversite, system programing, activation and servicing our integrated systems.
Senior Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementing and supporting Infant security systems
- Programming IP Based video management and access control systems
- Deploying wander management and Nurse emergency call systems
- Supporting customers post implementation as needed
- The ability to manage more than one project simultaneously.
- Join the oncall rotation
Senior Technician Requirements and Qualifications
- Technical background
- Certifications from access control and CCTV vendors a plus (Avigilon, Lenel, Software House)
-Experience with Hard wired Nurse call a plus, (Jeron, Tektone, Rauland, Hillrom)
- Experience in computer operating systems
- Experience with Structured Cable
- Must have valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
