NE Consulting Service LLC is seeking a full-time Construction Surveyor with a minimum of five (5) years of experience to join our growing team in Vineland, New Jersey. NE Consulting Service LLC is a division of Northeast Precast (NEP), a design-build organization involved in large-scale commercial construction projects including the DataOne Data Center and Trout National – The Reserve golf course development. Responsibilities Work Environment This position requires field work on active construction sites and may involve walking uneven terrain, lifting equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Operate GPS and robotic survey instruments.
- Utilize digital and automatic levels and perform level runs.
- Perform construction layout and stakeout work for active construction projects.
- Work independently or as part of a one- or two-person field crew.
- Use or learn Carlson and Trimble data collection software and equipment.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction personnel.
- Maintain accurate field notes and survey documentation.
- Support project timelines and scheduling needs, including overtime when necessary. Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of construction surveying experience.
- Working knowledge of GPS and robotic survey equipment.
- Experience with construction stakeout techniques and practices.
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions.
- Experience with Civil 3D is a plus but not required.
