What You'll Do
As an X-Ray Technologist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care by:
- Producing high-quality diagnostic X-ray images
- Preparing and organizing imaging for surgical cases
- Assisting, instructing, and escorting patients throughout their visit
- Monitoring patient flow to ensure an efficient clinic experience
- Working closely with physicians during procedures, including assisting with dressing and cast removal as directed
- Supporting fellow clinical staff as needed
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflow and patient experience
- Maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Current ARRT certification (or eligible, if applicable)
- Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license (if required)
Preferred:
- One year of radiology experience in an orthopedic or outpatient setting
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- Maintain visual and auditory acuity necessary to perform job duties safely
- Work in an environment with moderate noise and frequent interruptions
- Follow infection control protocols, including potential exposure to communicable diseases
