What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Progress patients based on functional outcomes
Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff
Maintain high-quality documentation and patient experience
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required)
Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Ability to manage an efficient patient schedule
