Medical Assistant
Location: 300 Birnie Ave, Springfield, MA

Hours: Full-time | Day Shifts | No nights or weekends
Pay Range: $20-27 an hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
Support providers during patient exams, procedures, and daily clinic flow
Record vital signs, prepare injections, and provide patient instructions
Document patient information in the EMR accurately and efficiently
Assist with scheduling, calls, and patient message triage
Keep exam rooms stocked, clean, and ready for use
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred)
2 years of clinical experience (orthopedic experience a plus)
Familiarity with EMR systems (Athena a plus) and routine clinical procedures
CMA or RMA certification preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Schedule
Monday to Friday, daytime hours
No nights, weekends, or major holidays
