CDL CLASS A INSTRUCTOR

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train students in pre-trip inspections, backing maneuvers, range exercises, and on-road driving
- Prepare students for CDL skills and knowledge testing
- Monitor student progress and provide coaching and support as needed
- Maintain accurate training records and required documentation
- Promote safety, professionalism, and industry best practices
- Work closely with staff to ensure a positive training experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 years of recent Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
- Manual transmission experience required
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Desire to help students succeed
