The Northeast Nebraska Area Agency on Aging is seeking a care manager for a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8-4:30. Hours can be flexible with great work/life balance.
Starting pay is $45,760 per year, with a 5% increase after a successful 6-month probationary period.

Duties include completing an assessment, developing a Plan of Care, implementing services, and providing ongoing monitoring and review of our clients.
