What You'll Do
As a Preschool Classroom Aide Substitute, you'll help create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom where children can learn, grow, and build the skills they need for kindergarten success. In this role, you will:
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Assist with classroom activities, behavior support, and daily operations.
- Partner with families through communication, conferences, and home visits.
- Promote children's health, safety, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support school readiness goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

This role is active and hands-on, supporting young children throughout the day. Team members should be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and using their hands for a variety of classroom activities. The position may occasionally require driving, working flexible hours, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience caring for or working with young children preferred.
