NeMCMHA is seeking a dedicated Care Home Supervisor to lead a team of direct support professionals and ensure high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive, home-like setting. What You’ll Do
As a Group Home Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise and support Residential Training Workers, providing coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the delivery of habilitative, health, and personal care services in alignment with person-centered planning
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and well-kept home environment
- Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with clinical staff, case managers, and community partners
- Manage home budgets, expenditures, and vehicle maintenance
- Promote a culture of gentle teaching, teamwork, and respect
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience with developmental disabilities, mental illness, or substance use disorders (preferred)
- Lived experience in behavioral health or disability services (valued)
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within our four-county region
