Northeast Men's Health is a fast-paced, high-volume concierge medical practice with locations across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut, and more than 26 clinics nationwide—with continued expansion underway.
We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Patient Care Advocate to engage with our current patient base, tailor individualized treatment plans, drive renewals and upgrades, and ensure each patient receives a seamless, personalized Five Star Experience. This role directly contributes to patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and overall clinic success.
What You’ll Do
Patient Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing communication with current patients to assess progress, address concerns, and guide them through their treatment journey.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing a personalized concierge experience for every patient.
- Build trust and rapport with patients to support retention and long-term engagement.
Sales, Renewals & Upgrades
- Identify opportunities to enhance care plans by presenting medically recommended upgrades or additional treatment options.
- Drive renewals by proactively managing upcoming expirations and ensuring patients remain committed to their care.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales, upsell, and retention goals through relationship-based communication.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Partner closely with the clinical team to ensure treatment plans align with patient goals and expectations.
- Record all interactions, updates, and recommendations accurately in Salesforce.
- Support clinic performance targets by contributing to patient satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer retention.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Healthcare or customer service experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems a plus.
- A relationship-focused communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to upsell, manage renewals, and exceed performance goals.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple patient interactions.
- A self-starter with strong follow-through and a commitment to personal and clinic-wide success.
