Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for one full time or two part time CERTIFIED medical assistants. We are a small family practice. The hours would be four 10 hour days. We would be open to discussing five 8 hour days. This position would be phone work as well as rooming patients. We see patients from new babies to geriatric patients. We do lots of immunizations as well.
Responsibilities and Duties
Vital signs, medication review, diabetic foot exams, snellen eye chart exams, breathing treatments, vaccinations, entering orders, urinalysis testing, pregnancy testing, phone calls, prior authorizations, pre-certifications, working with providers, rooming patients
Qualifications
We strongly prefer a certification in medical assisting. We require excellent multitasking ability. We are open to new graduates with exceptional skill set and recommendations.
