We are a family-run business with 30-35 employees that has been servicing the specialty lock market for over 70 years.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our team. This role involves working with a variety of machines, including punch presses, drills, and custom-built equipment, to support the assembly of lock products.

Daily Responsibilities include:

• Operate and maintain machinery used in lock production
• Perform maintenance on various machines
• Assist with assembling and quality checks of lock components
• Follow safety protocols and production guidelines
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily goals
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machines
• Manufacturing or Assembly experience preferred (but not required -we will train you)
• Attention to detail
• Team player with a good work ethic
